Mr. BHANDARI GOBINDA

Birthplace: Nepal

“I will gradually be able to understand the teacher’s talk.”

Please tell us the reasons why you chose Daiki Japanese Language School Tokyo.

The teacher at Daiki Japanese Language School Tokyo used to teach Japanese to my relatives, so I wanted to enter a Japanese language school where the teacher is.

How is your Japanese class?

It’s hard because the teacher only speaks Japanese. However, as I listen to Japanese every day, I gradually come to understand what the teacher is saying.
I especially like the grammar class. If I can remember and use grammar, it will make my life in Japan easier.
I studied Japanese for three months at a Japanese language school in Kathmandu (Nepal). However, it would have been better if I had studied Japanese longer before coming to Japan. I would like to advise international students who are going to enter Daiki Japanese Language School Tokyo to study a lot before coming to Japan.

How is your life in Tokyo?

Tokyo is a really clean city. There is no garbage on the streets, and it is much cleaner than Kathmandu. Also, there is no train service in Kathmandu, but in Tokyo, I use the train every day. The trains in Tokyo are fast and very convenient.

Please tell us about your part-time job.

I work at Lawson, a convenience store, handling the cash register and putting products on the shelves. I work from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am. It’s only two days a week, but I’m a little tired because I work at night. The hourly wage at midnight is 1,500 yen, which is expensive. Lol

What are you going to do after graduation?

I am going to go to a vocational school to study IT. After that, I want to go back to Nepal and start my own company.
